Alafasy Berhad (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides the Alafasy App as a spiritual and educational tool. By downloading, installing, or using the Alafasy App (“App”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alafasy Berhad. By using the App, you agree to these Terms in full.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

All content and materials in the App, including Qur’an text, translations, audio, UI/UX design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Alafasy Berhad or licensed partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
If you create playlists, upload recitations, or submit feedback, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for the purposes of improving and operating the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and international standards.
Some features may require payment via in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by third-party app stores and subject to their terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee error-free operation, accuracy of Qiblah or prayer times, or uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alafasy Berhad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alafasy Berhad, its employees, directors, and partners against claims or damages arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App may contain links to external services (e.g., Google Play, App Store). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
We encourage users to first attempt resolution via email. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Kuala Lumpur under Malaysian Arbitration Rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alafasy Berhad regarding your use of the App.
