The physical Umrah is performed by certified representatives managed by Enabat Almanasek Ltd (Registration No. 4030461192), an officially registered Saudi company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia authorized to operate Badal Umrah services, while Alafasy, together with its technology partner Ommri Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd (1219352-V / KPL 8987), provides blockchain certification, geofencing, live tracking, and video verification.
Badal Umrah is an Umrah performed by a qualified Muslim on behalf of another person who cannot perform it themselves due to illness, old age, or death. Enabat Almanasek appoints and manages the performer, while Alafasy ensures full transparency through tracking, video verification, and blockchain certification.
Yes. According to Islamic scholars, it is permissible to perform Hajj and Umrah on behalf of someone who is unable due to illness, old age, or death. This is supported by authentic hadith in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, where the Prophet ﷺ allowed a woman to perform Hajj on behalf of her elderly father, comparing it to settling a debt.
The Umrah applicant, also called the principal, is the person requesting Umrah to be performed on their behalf or on behalf of a loved one.
The performer is a qualified Muslim adult from Makkah or nearby cities who has already completed their own Umrah and is authorized by Enabat Almanasek to perform Umrah on behalf of others.
Performers are selected by Enabat Almanasek from among students of the Haram, Qur’an memorizers, and Islamic university students in Makkah. They must pass qualification tests and complete formal training before being allowed to perform Badal Umrah.

You place your request through the Alafasy App by selecting a package, entering the beneficiary details, and completing payment. Enabat Almanasek then assigns a certified performer.
A performer is usually assigned within 48 hours, and the Umrah is completed within 7 days or according to your selected schedule.
You can track the performer live in the Alafasy App, including when they enter Masjid al-Haram and begin Tawaf.
The performer must initiate the video call only after Alafasy’s geofencing confirms they are inside Masjid al-Haram, just before Tawaf begins.
Verification includes recorded niyyah, live video before Tawaf, Haram geofencing, photos at key ritual points, live tracking, and a blockchain certificate issued by Alafasy after Enabat Almanasek completes the Umrah.
Yes. You receive a blockchain-verified digital certificate that can be viewed, downloaded, and shared anytime.
If a technical issue occurs, Alafasy will coordinate with Enabat Almanasek to repeat or re-verify the Umrah at no extra cost.
No. Once payment is confirmed, the Badal Umrah cannot be cancelled. However, you may change the scheduled date or update the beneficiary before the Umrah is carried out.
No refunds are provided after payment is confirmed.
Enabat Almanasek will assign another certified performer and Alafasy will provide full verification at no additional cost.
